History in the making: The 1st Bn., 77th Field Artillery Regiment launches HIMARS

In field training exercise Rail Gunner Lightning, 1st Battalion, 77th Field Artillery Regiment will fire their first rounds since reactivation in late August 2020. The 41st Field Artillery Brigade is the only U.S. long-range, precision-strike capable Multiple Launcher Rocket Systems unit in Europe. The brigade is ready and capable to deploy in support of our NATO allies and partners. All Soldiers participating in the field training exercise have undergone a COVID test and have received a negative result before deploying to the field. (U.S. Army video by Sgt. Joseph McDonald)
