U.S. European Command, alongside NATO Allies and partners, executes globally-integrated, multi-domain operations and exercises as part of U.S. commitment to European security. In this way, U.S. European Command advances the ability of like-minded nations to operate as one to address complex security challenges.
U.S. European Command operations span support to Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression to providing humanitarian aid. The command conducts its activities and response to crisis in close coordination with the U.S. interagency - including the Departments of State and Defense - its component commands, and Allies and partners.
U.S. European Command regularly leads and supports multi-domain exercises throughout Europe to strengthen capabilities, readiness and relationships with Allies and partners. Alongside U.S. forward presence in Europe, exercises remain the command's most visible display of commitment to European security and a rules-based, international order.
