Commander of U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), Air Force General Tod D. Wolters, hosted a senior U.S. military leader forum focused on global campaigning and integrated deterrence at the Pentagon today.
This event was held in conjunction with the China Strategic Roundtable, hosted by Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), Navy Admiral John C. Aquilino. The two roundtables were sequenced to synchronize the Department’s efforts in addressing strategic challenges.
As part of USEUCOM’s ongoing Russia Strategic Roundtable series, the forum included senior leaders, including four-star U.S. geographic combatant commanders and military service chiefs, focused on a full spectrum of timely issues as part of the Russia Strategic Roundtable.
“Given the accelerated pace and ever-shifting nature of global security, it’s imperative that we remain strategically sharp and laser-focused on current and emerging challenges to ensure sustained peace in the Euro-Atlantic area,” Wolters said. “These roundtables serve an important role in keeping our nation’s senior-most military leaders synchronized both strategically and operationally on key issues related to global campaigning and competition.”
