EUCOM Director of Logistics Signs ATERES Agreement

STUTTGART, Germany - Rear Adm. Paul Verrastro (center), U.S. European Command Director of Logistics signs a multinational air transportation, aerial refueling, and other exchange of services (ATARES) program agreement Mar. 24, 2017. The ATERES program is a milestone agreement is the culmination of an eight year staffing effort within the U.S. government between EUCOM, Congress, Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of State, Transportation Command, and U.S. Africa Command.
